Milestone Industrial LLC is currently seeking an
Inspector to join our team .

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Houston, TX

Physical Demands: Sedentary

Travel Requirements: Occassional

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct inspections on materials, equipment, and workmanship per discipline-specific standards (e.g., API, AWS, ASME, NACE, NEC).
  • Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, industry codes, and client requirements .
  • Document inspection results, including measurements, observations, photographs, and non-conformances .
  • Generate and submit detailed inspection reports in required formats and timelines .
  • Identify, log, and track non-conformances, coordinating with QA/QC teams for resolution .
  • Attend toolbox talks, safety briefings, and project meetings as required .
  • Ensure that tools, instruments, and procedures used in inspection are calibrated and properly applied .
  • Monitor subcontractor work and report deviations from plans or poor workmanship .
  • Support final acceptance testing, punch-list completion, and commissioning as needed .
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
  • Continuously practices Quality Control while executing the work.
  • Actively promotes and personally observes all company, client, and regulatory Health, Safety, Security, & Environment (HSSE) procedures
  • Requirements:
  • 15+ years inspection experience
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
