The Opportunity
The Senior QMS and Operational Excellence Leader is responsible for leading the governance, execution, and continuous improvement of Integra's Quality Management System while driving operational excellence across corporate, engineering, manufacturing, integration, commissioning, supplier, and field operations. This role serves as a senior quality systems and process improvement leader, ensuring that policies, procedures, process ownership, records, metrics, audits, corrective actions, management reviews, and improvement priorities are clearly defined, consistently executed, and aligned with ISO 9001 principles, customer requirements, regulatory expectations, and Integra's enterprise quality objectives.
The ideal candidate brings strong QMS leadership, operational excellence experience, cross-functional influence, data-driven problem solving, and a continuous improvement mindset to strengthen process discipline, audit readiness, standardized execution, risk reduction, and customer outcomes.
