Bilingual Quality Control Lead (Bilingual: Vietnamese/English Required)
Location: Cypress, TX & Tomball, TX
Shift Options:
Day Shift & Night Shift (Monday - Saturday, 12-hour shifts)
Day: 8AM - 8PM
Night: 8PM - 8AM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Position OverviewWe are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our quality assurance team as Entry-Level QC Inspectors. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our products meet company standards before leaving the facility. While this is an entry-level position, ideal candidates will bring a sharp eye for detail and a strong work ethic. Prior inspection or quality control experience is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Perform visual and manual quality inspections on products and materials.
- Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
- Pay close attention to fine details to maintain strict quality standards.
- Communicate inspection results with team members and supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and facility operational guidelines.
- High attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred (Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome).
- Previous quality control, manufacturing, or inspection experience is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Willingness to complete initial training at the Cypress facility before transitioning to the Tomball location.
