Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team at Richcrest in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in leasing, tax credit compliance, and proficiency with Yardi property management software. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth leasing process and maintaining excellent resident relations.
Responsibilities- Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours.
- Process lease applications and ensure compliance with tax credit regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry using Yardi software.
- Coordinate lease signings and move-in procedures.
- Respond promptly to resident questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with property management to meet occupancy goals.
- Ensure all leasing documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and tax credit requirements.
- Proven leasing experience, preferably in multifamily or affordable housing.
- Knowledge and experience with tax credit compliance and regulations.
- Proficiency in Yardi property management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
