Property inspection or property management experience; full driving licence and personal car; strong communication and reporting skills Location:
Dublin based office & portfolio Salary: €32,000 - €35,000 Package:
Bonus scheme, mileage, pension plan, onsite parking and more
- Coordinate inspection schedules with Property Managers and arrange access with tenants
- Conduct routine property inspections across residential rental units
- Assess property condition during tenancy, ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements
- Check properties meet minimum housing and fire safety standards
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Document excessive wear and tear, damage, and compliance matters
- Take photographic records of fixtures, fittings and landlord contents
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and outline follow-up actions
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and reporting standards
