Joining our team is joining the best! We are currently seeking an experienced Leasing Professional at our property in Houston, TX. We believe experience goes beyond a job title. If you have customer service skills and enjoy making a difference in peoples lives, we have a training department to assist you with the rest.
- Greet prospective residents, qualify and determine their needs & preferences
- Inspect models & made-ready units daily to ensure they meet KVM standards
- Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager
- Maintain awareness of local sub-market conditions & trends to make recommendations to Community Manager for marketing property & improving resident satisfaction
- Complete all lease applications, process application verifications & notify prospective residents of the results
- Assist Community Manager & Assistant Manager in preparation of daily & weekly reports, market surveys, etc.
- Ensure that the appearance and physical aspects of the community meet KVM's established standards by physically walking/inspecting the property daily & submitting reports to the Community Manager
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales or customer service experience
- A “can do” attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and business communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Proficiency in MS Office;
One-Site experience preferred - Must complete knowledge of Fair Housing Compliance laws or attend Fair Housing Training within the first 90 days of employment.
- Must be available on weekends
