The Empower Home Team is currently seeking a highly talented Staging Consultant with a primary focus on Walk & Talk Consultations. This flexible, project-based position is ideal for a staging professional who excels in client-facing consultations, clear communication, and providing structured, actionable guidance to sellers.
This role centers on helping homeowners prepare their properties for the market by highlighting key features, improving flow, and increasing buyer appeal — all while maintaining the high standards of the Empower Home brand.
Staged homes have been shown to sell up to 50% faster and for up to 20% more than non-staged homes, and this position plays a direct role in achieving those results.
