This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Greater Houston. As a Real Estate Agent at Blair Realty Group, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying, selling, and renting of residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, providing exceptional customer service, marketing properties, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and managing real estate transactions from start to finish.

Collaboration with other agents and leveraging market insights will be essential to excel in this role.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required.
• Strong expertise in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property operations and regulations.
• Proficiency in Sales and a client-focused approach to achieving targets.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including effective communication, problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, eager to grow professionally, and willing to work within a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Familiarity with the Houston real estate market is a plus.
• Ability to adapt, learn, and grow in a fast-paced, competitive market.
