Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

*** Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our
317-unit mid-rise apartment community in Houston!

• At least twoyears of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work one Saturday per month.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm;
Sat 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Required License or Certification:Valid Texas Driver’s License.
