We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to support the management and operations of our commercial properties. This role plays a key part in supervising staff, coordinating maintenance and renovations, managing tenant relations, and supporting leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and property value.

• Supervise onsite building staff and maintenance personnel
• Oversee property maintenance, construction, and renovation projects
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and tenant spaces
• Manage tenant communications, inquiries, and lease administration
• Assist with leasing activities and property tours
• Review budgets, control expenses, and manage vendor contracts
• Provide emergency response support as required
• Maintain organized and compliant management and leasing offices
  
  Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• One to three years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• Training in property management software and office productivity tools
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal property management laws and tenant rights

• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties, teams, and priorities effectively
• Proficiency with property management and accounting software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer service mindset with the ability to handle demanding situations professionally
• Knowledge of safety, risk management, and preventive maintenance practices
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
