Tarantino Properties is seeking a proactive, organized, and dependable Commercial Marketing Coordinator to support the company’s commercial real estate division. This entry-level to early-career position will coordinate marketing projects, support brokers and property teams, manage relationships with outside marketing partners and vendors, and help ensure projects move from request through completion.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, follow up independently, and communicate effectively with brokers, property teams, accounting, leadership, vendors, and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities Property & Broker Marketing- Coordinate marketing for commercial listings, property launches, lease-up initiatives, sales opportunities, and other campaigns.
- Gather property information, availability, pricing, photography, and other materials needed for marketing.
- Assist brokers with flyers, offering memorandums, presentations, proposals, email campaigns, signage, maps, tour materials, and other client-facing materials.
- Draft and proofread basic marketing copy and ensure materials are accurate, professional, and consistent with brand standards.
- Coordinate social media and company content highlighting properties, transactions, team accomplishments, and company news.
- Serve as a liaison between brokers, internal teams, Tarantino’s marketing agency, photographers, designers, and other vendors.
- Prepare project requests and provide the information, files, specifications, property access, and feedback necessary to complete assignments.
- Review deliverables, consolidate feedback, coordinate approvals and revisions, and track projects through completion.
- Maintain organized marketing assets, photography, maps, drawings, reports, templates, and completed materials.
- Maintain accurate property information across commercial real estate listing platforms, company websites, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate website, listing, email, social media, and digital campaign updates.
- Assist with basic SEO and collect campaign and listing performance data for internal reporting.
- Manage multiple marketing assignments, timelines, approvals, budgets, invoices, and deliverables.
- Identify missing information, delayed approvals, or other issues that could affect deadlines and follow up as needed.
- Provide status updates to brokers, internal stakeholders, and agency partners.
- Review and audit marketing-related invoices, including Loop Net and CoStar charges.
- Allocate marketing expenses to the appropriate properties, prepare property-level billbacks, maintain supporting documentation, and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors, accounting, and property management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- One to three years of marketing, communications, administrative, or project coordination experience preferred; relevant internship or portfolio experience may be considered.
- Commercial real estate, property management, or professional-services experience is a plus.
