The Department of Mathematics at the University of Houston invites applications for a postdoctoral position in Dynamical Systems, beginning in the Fall of 2027.

This appointment is for an initial term of 12 months, with the possibility of renewal for an additional year, contingent upon performance.

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Prof. Anthony Sanchez
. Strong applicants from all areas of Dynamical Systems are encouraged to apply with preference to those interested in one or more of the following topics: ergodic theory, homogeneous dynamics, flat surfaces. Requirements for a postdoctoral position include a doctoral degree at the start date of the position to recent PhDs with outstanding research potential.

No experience is required.
