Responsibilities
- Qualitative and quantitative project management, including design and oversight of custom research across multiple methodologies such as stakeholder deep dives, elite interviews, focus groups, ethnographic approaches, pulse surveys, and longitudinal tracking. Provide vendor oversight, ensure rigorous methodology, deliver predictive and diagnostic outputs, effect sizes, and scenario implications.
- Research intake and governance across Corporate Affairs teams; provide intake templates, prioritize briefs, manage relationships with external research firms and measurement companies, and maintain quality, security, and commercial discipline.
- Insights and change management: track key performance indicators, communicate insights across teams and geographies, build research knowledge capability, and foster collaborative knowledge sharing through briefings, global forums, and playbooks.

- Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in public opinion research, consumer insights, analytics, or strategy within global organizations.
- Familiarity with the benefits and limitations of research practices.
- Proficiency in survey development platforms such as Qualtrics or MS Forms.
- Experience with statistical analysis tooling such as SPSS, R, Python, or SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Q Research, or Data wrapper.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Experience in corporate positioning and brand strategy, designing and managing longitudinal studies, brand trackers, and complex research programs.
- Experience creating enablement tools such as playbooks and briefing materials to build insight fluency across teams.
- Knowledge of data pipelines and documentation (dictionaries, codebooks, metadata, versioning) for reusable infrastructure.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in evolving industry landscapes and organizational change.
- Demonstrated experience with quantitative operations, ensuring smooth workflows, fieldwork performance, and rapid research execution, prioritizing speed vs. depth.
- Experience with projects delivering brand strategy, stakeholder mapping, recommendations for corporate communications, integrated external campaign planning, and employee engagement.
- Ability to build relationships across multiple teams, functions, and seniority levels without direct authority.
