DescriptionProvides assistance and expertise in various areas of researchsuch as preparation of results for presentation, monitoring testsubjects, gathering and entering data, ensuring adherence toprocedures, and basic analyses of data.
The Cardiovascular Tissue Engineering Laboratory focuses ondeveloping models to investigate heart disease mechanisms. Ourlab's goals are to explore the mechanisms of heart disease, designand build new technology platforms to assist in drug andmechanistic studies to produce important new insights into thesemechanisms, and to bring a standard of excellence to all that we doas individual scientists and as a research team. The ideal candidate will have a background in biomedical engineering,chemical engineering, biochemistry or related fields.
Experience with rodent models is a plus.
Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
