Join a growing minerals extraction company developing patent-pending technology to recover critical minerals from brine. Our leadership team brings deep industry expertise, and we're building a new technology platform from the ground up.
We're looking for a Process Chemist to support process development on a new chemical process tied to our proprietary technology. This is a great opportunity for a student, recent grad, or early-career chemist to get hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge extraction R&D.
This is a part‑time role, approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. The role is currently bench/lab scale, with strong potential to grow into a full‑time position as the process advances toward scale‑up.
What You'll Do- Support process development on a new inorganic synthesis process
- Perform wet chemistry, UV analysis, and chromatography
- Help develop and validate a new analytical method alongside an academic research collaborator
- Maintain lab documentation in line with safety and quality standards
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (in-progress OK — students welcome)
- Inorganic synthesis coursework or experience
- Familiarity with wet chemistry, UV spectroscopy, and chromatography
- Willingness to work with regulated materials
- Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement
