Position:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Part-Time Barista to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to both the front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages with a focus on quality and consistency.

Operate coffee machines and equipment, following proper procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee station.

Sandwhich Prep:

Wrap sandwiches and hand out orders.

Assemble cream cheese and deli sandwiches.

Customer Service:

Take and process customer orders with a friendly and positive attitude.

Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Additional Tasks:

Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning.

Support team members with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is a plus, but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Willingness to learn and take on various responsibilities, including bagel preparation.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and early mornings.
