• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of fine dining techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with grace and precision
• Excellent knife skills, attention to detail, and plating skills
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Food safety certification and knowledge of HACCP principles
