Kitchen Food Runner​/Busser, Part-Time

Job Summary
Assists Server to create a memorable dining experience for Members. Deliver the food to the tables. Clear tables and keep dining area spotlessly clean and organized. This role is critical to maintaining the luxury standard and reputation of The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa while upholding the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.

• Expedite and deliver food to the table of diners, accurately placing items for each guest, within the standard service times.
• Assists servers with providing service to guests
• Assists in the completion of assigned daily side work.
• Preset tables for each shift.
• Promptly clean and reset tables throughout the shift, immediately after diners depart.
• Stock operating supplies including china, glass, silverware, linen, etc.
• Present and continuously replenish non-alcoholic beverages and bread at the table throughout service.
• Keep tables of the guest clean by removing the used/unwanted items.
• Maintain continuous presence in the dining room.
• Pick up fresh linen from the laundry to restock for the next shift.
• Clean and sanitize all front of house areas, including the cappuccino machine.
• Other duties as assigned.
