Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences.;

Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience and that promotions are executed; train service staff and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.;
Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality, safe, and fast food; control food cost and train kitchen staff.;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; keep Crew motivated.
