McDonald's - Up to $16.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience;
Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management, set goals, delegate tasks, and report results;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience and that sales promotions are executed well;
Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality, safe food quickly and that food cost is controlled and kitchen staff are trained;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals and keep Crew motivated
