Executive Chef

EXECUTIVE CHEF - HOUSTON, TX

Salary: $70,000-$75,000/annually

Eurest is the leading provider of high‑quality corporate dining services. As an Executive Chef, you will lead a culinary team that delivers world‑class meals in corporate cafés and executive dining rooms, while supporting a network of 16,000 chefs and in‑unit associates.

As an Executive Chef, you oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. You manage and lead a team of associates, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and drive cost controls and menu innovation.

• Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
• Plan and create all menus
• Purchases and manages inventory
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team

• Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of culinary management experience
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Previous experience managing cost controls
• Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch food service company
