Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to maintain standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to aid preparation.

They also help assigned departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment. You must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager.
