• Accurately represent the Tiny Boxwoods Productions’ brand as outlined in the Culture Companion.
• Learn and be knowledgeable of the food and beverage menus.
• Assist in preparing dining room and patio for service.
• Deliver food and beverage from the kitchen or bar to the appropriate table.
• Perform regular table maintenance for guests throughout their meal.
• Collect and polish all table settings for service.
• Interact with guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Monitor quality control and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks effectively and quickly.
• Occasional food preparation to include but not limited to coffee, tea, and condiment ramekins.
• Must adhere to sanitation, safety and alcoholic beverage control policy and regulations.
• Follow side work procedures as directed by management.
• Must always be pressed and tailored, complying to the dress code policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Tiny Boxwoods Productions require the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the position of food runner/daytime server.

• Must be passionate about food, wine, spirits (where applicable), and coffee.
• TABC Certified
• Texas Food Handlers certificate
• Good memory
• Flexible availability in scheduling
• Capacity to multitask
• Must be able to successfully carry 2-3 plates at a time and/or a tray containing dishware, glassware and/or cutlery.
• Ability to work as part of a team

The incumbent will be working in a restaurant setting on the floor with guests, in the kitchen and dish area. Potential hazards include but are not limited to cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.

The incumbent is required to stand for the entire shift. Incumbent is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires walking, standing and minimal lifting up to 25 lbs.
