• Assist with the preparation of El Super grilled and hot food items, following precise company standards for preparation and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment and provide excellent customer service as a key contact point for the service experience.
• Work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.

• Read and write Spanish/English; interact with the general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondences, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

• Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling, and serving food.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate
