Join Our Team as a Bistro Attendant!About Us
The Bistro Attendant is essential for creating great guest experiences with excellent service, warmth, and efficiency. This role requires top‑notch customer service, attention to detail, and thriving in a busy hospitality environment.
Key Skills/Responsibilities- Guest Service & Communication: Welcome and help guests warmly and efficiently, offering menu recommendations for a memorable dining experience. Ability to take orders and clarify guest questions.
- Food & Beverage Operations: Maintain a well‑stocked buffet and process guest orders accurately using our POS system.
- Cash Handling & Financial Accuracy: Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Efficiency & Teamwork: Work closely with kitchen and hotel teams for smooth service. Perform opening and closing duties, attend meetings, and follow hotel policies and safety standards.
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
- Comfortable with financial calculations related to billing and transactions.
