• At ADOR Kitchen and Cocktail we’re hiring for employees that are highly motivated and provide great excellent customer service. They must be attentive, friendly, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software.
• Communicate order changes to the Kitchen Staff
• Participate in Marketing and Promo
• Purchase All Uniforms
• Post Daily on Social Media
• Book Sections or Tables and Bring In Regulars for the bar
• Participate in Opening and Closing Duties
• Other Duties as Assigned

• 1-2 Years of Bartending Experience Preferred
• Must Be Over the Age of 21
• Must have Food Handlers and TABC Server Certification
