The Glass Polisher will be responsible for maintaining clean glassware and polishing glassware for the bar with caution to uphold company standards. An experienced individual will have 1+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry, be flexible in their schedule, and will have a current food handler and Serve Safe certificate.

• Proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers who may need additional assistance
• Ensuring that all stations are stock and prepped as needed for business demand

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Display the ability to forecast and anticipate the needs of our guests and the restaurant
• A minimum of 1 years experience in a Full Service Dining Experience
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35 lbs
