Job Summary
To deliver an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests in a high-volume atmosphere. This role is critical to maintaining the luxury standard and reputation of The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa while upholding the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.
Essential Job Functions- Take orders from members and guests at Arbor Grill
- Accurately enter every order into the POS system.
- Accurately and promptly post charges and accept payment for orders
- Deliver orders to guests and frequently check back to ensure customers are satisfied with their orders and to offer additional service.
- Assist with cleaning and bussing tables
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in proper working condition.
- Other duties as assigned.
