The Busser resets dining room tables to maximize prompt table availability for our guests, removes plates, glassware, and silverware when guests have completed their meal, as well as quickly and efficiently re-sets and re-stocks the table for new guests. Our Bussers are polite and friendly to guests, and co-workers alike, and understand the importance of maintaining high sanitation standards. You keep your work station clean and sanitary at all times, because you know it is a direct reflection on you.

• Sets up dining areas before beginning shift and cleans dining areas after
• Clears tables of used dishes, glasses, and silverware and re-sets between customers
• Assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for all guests.
• Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner including the dining room, server stations, patio, and dish pit.
• Delivers cleaned glassware from the dish area to appropriate location in the front of the house
• Assist service staff in providing the best guest experience
• Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
• Present a professional and clean appearance at all times
• Other Duties as Assigned

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
