• We are seeking outgoing individuals who have a passion for the art of cooking. For this position, you must have excellent time management, cleanliness and organizational skills to ensure all food items meet our standards. We value dedicated individuals who take pride in their work. We prioritize quality in our preparation, ingredients, and people.

• Follow food safety and handling procedures (rotation, dating, labeling).
• Prepare grill and prep items efficiently.
• Cook food to specified times for safe consumption.
• Prepare ingredients (portioning, chopping, storing).
• Maintain kitchen (wash/disinfect areas, tools, equipment).
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff.
• Assist with rotisserie station as needed.
• Other Duties as assigned.

• 1-2+ years high-volume kitchen experience.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Effective time management.
• Must Have Food Handlers Certification
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work near heated equipment.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift objects as needed
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
