What You'll Need To Succeed As A Service Support Playmaker:

• A positive attitude and one team mentality.
• Player focus and ability to thrive in a popular environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus.

What You Will Do In

The Role:

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently.
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages, maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Jump in to support the team where needed.
• Commit to safety and sanitation standards.
• Live Topgolf's core values—fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move things up to 50 lbs.
• Be on your feet for most of the day.
• Engage in active tasks and have an endurance for a high-volume working environment.
