Rustika Cafe & Bakery Katy is looking for a warm, energetic Barista & Guest Services team member to join our growing family! You'll be the heart of our guest experience — crafting delicious beverages and creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. If you love coffee, people, and a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, and other café menu items to order
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and handle cash and card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, counter, and equipment throughout the shift
• Restock pastry cases, beverages, and supplies as needed to support smooth daily operations
• Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and bakery offerings
• Collaborate with team members to manage rush periods and maintain efficient service flow

• Previous barista and customer service experience is required
• Strong communication skills and a naturally friendly, guest-first attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced café environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented work ethic
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and POS transactions
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
• Flexible availability including weekends, mornings, and holidays
