As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to customers. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness and have a strong desire to help others.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products for their needs
• Educate customers on the benefits of our products and answer any questions they may have
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
• Knowledge of health and wellness industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be based in the USA and able to work remotely
