Primary Services is actively recruiting for an Entry Level Billing Associate to support a large, established client. In this role, you will ensure billing accuracy, manage service orders, and resolve customer inquiries, serving as a vital point of contact for internal teams and external customers. This position provides exposure to core utility operations while offering the chance to contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction.

• Review and analyze billing exceptions and make corrections in the customer billing system.
• Initiate and process service orders accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate tamper codes and identify appropriate resolutions.
• Resolve customer inquiries including bill adjustments, sales tax exemptions, rate changes, and follow‑up items.
• Communicate findings and solutions clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support billing accuracy and compliance within operational processes.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated billing experience, preferably in a utility or related industry.
• Proficient with Banner CIS, SAP, or similar billing systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in billing processes.
• Familiarity with utility operations and service order management.
