We are seeking a Sales Manager who can lead a small, friendly team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate loves MINISO characters, enjoys customer interaction, and thrives in a tidy, cute, and energetic retail environment.

• Lead, train, and support a small retail team
• Assist customers and introduce them to MINISO characters & best-selling products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store
• Oversee daily store operations and inventory management
• Drive sales goals and ensure excellent customer service
• Manage staff schedules, task delegation, and store opening/closing
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistent with Miniso branding
• Handle customer concerns professionally and positively

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to keep the store “cute, clean, and fun”
• Reliable, responsible, and dedicated
• Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, holidays as needed)
• Passion for MINISO characters and cute products is a plus!
