• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

• Assist in the proper maintenance of the store, particularly in the Produce Department.
• Capitalize on customer service to assist customers on the store floor as needed.
• Properly bag groceries for customers when needed; carry out groceries if requested.
• Maintain and retrieve store carts, run price checks, assist with go-backs, assist with check stand upkeep, and remove waste from the parking area.

• Minimum age 16-17 years old.
• Ability to read and write Spanish/English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform required tasks.
