• Be a key contact point for guest experience and provide enthusiastic, friendly Customer Service to each guest.
• Perform cash register operations (POS), generate sales, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and a clean, organized store environment.
• Work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
• Comply with food handling requirements;
  Food Handler Card or equivalent certification is required for positions related to preparation, handling, and serving food.

• Read and write Spanish/English; ability to interact with the general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently up to 45 pounds; occasionally up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

The Restaurant Checker is a key contact point for our guest’s experience. A cashier is responsible for providing enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service, generating sales, housekeeping, cash register operations (POS), and accurate cash handling.
