This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Store Manager based in Houston, TX. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage a diverse team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include driving sales and achieving key performance targets, managing inventory and visual merchandising, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Store Manager will also be responsible for training, mentoring, and motivating team members to exceed expectations and provide excellent service.

• Experience in sales and achieving performance targets in a retail environment
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
• Proficiency with retail management software and reporting tools
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Prior retail or store management experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, retail management, or related field is a plus
