The PT Visual Supervisor is a part-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, responsible for leading and executing in-store visual merchandising standards. This role supports the store leadership team by planning and implementing floor sets, product placement, and seasonal visual updates that reflect The North Face® brand guidelines. The PT Visual Supervisor ensures that displays are compelling, well‑organized, and aligned with current campaigns and promotions, while maintaining a clean and safe sales floor.
Day‑to‑day tasks include coaching team members on visual standards, monitoring inventory presentation, and partnering with management to optimize traffic flow and product storytelling. This role also supports customer service as needed, contributing to an engaging and brand‑right in‑store experience.
- Experience in retail visual merchandising, including floor set execution, product presentation, and window/display setup.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with store leadership and coach team members on visual standards.
- Comfort with physical aspects of the role, such as lifting, climbing ladders, moving fixtures, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of style and brand alignment, ideally with experience in apparel, footwear, or outdoor lifestyle products.
- Customer‑focused mindset and commitment to creating an engaging, inclusive in‑store experience.
- Previous supervisory or key‑holder experience in retail is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work a flexible part‑time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
