    Consistently deliver a world‑class experience and identify customer needs through attentive listening and open‑ended questions.
  • Building the brand:
    Educate customers on Lush values such as anti‑animal testing, freshest cosmetics, ethical buying, 100% vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging.
  • Product passion:
    Continuously expand product knowledge to confidently recommend products.

  • Development:
    Use Lush resources to improve sales techniques and product knowledge, assess performance, and seek feedback and opportunities for growth.

• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• NOTE:
  
  Candidates under the age of 18 who are selected will be employed under the Lush Youth Employment Program, in line with local employment and labour regulations.

• Experience with consultation‑based customer service models
• Strong problem‑solving skills to address day‑to‑day operational issues
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages

Houston Galleria Pay: $15 - $15 USD
