Job Description

Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at The Galleria in Houston, Texas. This is a part‑time role focused on delivering inspirational retail experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment.

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting, performing cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner (80%).
• Provide a clean, safe, visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom to brand standards, abide by safety regulations, and notify management of shortages (10%).
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager.
• Engage customers and use promotional materials, loyalty programs.

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information/merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business decides.
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
• Physically able to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift up to 30 lbs; perform occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day, and a minimum of three days per week.

Hourly wage range: $18.40 to $19.40. Comprehensive remuneration details will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
