Sales Associate

We're seeking a passionate and driven Bilingual Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations.

??????????????Sales Generation: Drive sales by understanding customer needs and effectively presenting our unique products.

Merchandise Management: Maintain the visual appeal of our store, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the space clean.

Operational Support: Assist with daily tasks such as processing transactions, handling returns, and opening/closing procedures.

3+ years of successful sales experience in luxury retail, preferably fine jewelry or watches, is desired.

Deep and authoritative product knowledge of gold, and precious metals.
