Order Packing & Inventory Assistant

Job Overview

Pop Snax is a growing snack brand specializing in rare and international treats from around the world. We ship curated snack boxes to customers across the U.S. and are expanding across Shopify, Tik Tok Shop, and Etsy. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help us keep orders moving and maintain an organized workspace.

This role is hands‑on, structured, and perfect for someone who enjoys neat, satisfying, independent work.

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy
• Prepare shipping labels and organize outgoing shipments
• Restock packaging materials (boxes, tape, inserts, stickers)
• Ensure orders are packed neatly and consistently

• Keep shelves, bins, and storage areas tidy
• Count and label inventory
• Document stock levels weekly
• Flag low or missing products

This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys hands‑on tasks, works well independently, and takes pride in neatness and accuracy.

• Highly detail‑oriented and accurate
• Naturally organized, enjoys creating order
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Able to work independently once trained
• Comfortable lifting up to ~20–25 lbs
• Trustworthy around products and packages
• Good time management

• 10–12 hours per week
• Flexible daytime availability
• 2–4 short shifts per week (e.g., Mon/Wed, Tue/Thu, Wed/Sun)
• Weekdays preferred; one weekend day optional
• No evenings required
