Job Summary
Our Guest Service Associate will be responsible for driving a top‑notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store‑level tasks. Responsibilities- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
- Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
- Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
- Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
- Replenish products and supplies to ensure in‑stock conditions at all times.
- Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor‑related concerns.
- Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
- Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, i.e., outside, cooler, etc.
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Perform duties of the job in a timely manner.
- You have the ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
- Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training.
Must be available for flexible scheduling, possess reliable transportation, basic computer skills, and physical ability to perform the tasks listed above. Strong communication skills and a customer‑facing mindset are essential.
Pay Range$11.77 - $14.98 per hour (final amount determined by experience, skills, and location). The Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time.
