TX - HOUSTON. Action Link is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Houston, TX 77036 and the surrounding area.

Employment Type:

Part Time.

Enhance the retail experience by ensuring proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays at major retail stores within an assigned territory. Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.

• Store visits:
  Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Purpose:
  
  Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Scheduling:
  Up to 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No weekends or evenings.
• Reporting:
  Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
• Additional opportunities:
  Potential for more hours when covering larger regions or travel.

• Compensation:
  General merchandising projects paid at $17.00 per hour.
• Additional technical projects:
  Available at higher rates, based on need.
• W2 employment:
  Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit.

• Experience:
  
  Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Versatility:
  Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory.
• Attention to detail:
  Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork:
  Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Tech readiness:
  Internet access, basic handheld tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS-enabled device with latest OS update; laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Travel ability:
  Must have a driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; may be required to use the vehicle for role responsibilities.
• Physical ability:
  Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
