Job Overview

Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) – The Galleria, Houston, Texas (part‑time)

• Greet guests and deliver a signature experience by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner (80%)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
• Safely and efficiently operate the stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, adhere to safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortages (10%)
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
• Use promotional materials and loyalty programs; engage customers

• Effective communication with team members and guests
• Proficiency using the register system to process transactions and merchandise information
• Availability to work various hours, including days, nights, and weekends as business requires
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability for up to 25 hours per week, with at least one weekend day and at least three days total per week

Hourly wage range: $18.40 – $19.40, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
