Job Overview
Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) – The Galleria, Houston, Texas (part‑time)
Responsibilities- Greet guests and deliver a signature experience by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner (80%)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
- Safely and efficiently operate the stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, adhere to safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortages (10%)
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
- Use promotional materials and loyalty programs; engage customers
- Effective communication with team members and guests
- Proficiency using the register system to process transactions and merchandise information
- Availability to work various hours, including days, nights, and weekends as business requires
- Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Availability for up to 25 hours per week, with at least one weekend day and at least three days total per week
Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to undergo a Child Safeguarding Background Screening as a condition of the offer.
CompensationHourly wage range: $18.40 – $19.40, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
