Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) – The Galleria, Houston, Texas – Part‑time

• Provide a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, operating the cash register, and maintaining a professional, friendly and engaging demeanor (80%).
• Maintain a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom: assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, abide by safety regulations and notify management of shortages (10%).
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
• Engage customers using promotional materials and loyalty programs.

• Minimum of 25hours per week (may be less) with availability for at least one weekend day and a span of at least three days.

• Ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift up to 30lbs; occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch and climb ladders.

• Good vision ability, including close vision, depth perception and focus adjustment.

Hourly wage range: $18.40 – $19.40.
