Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant - Bilingual Spanish Speaking

Job Summary

Join Comcast Xfinity as a Retail Associate. You will engage customers, demonstrate product features, answer service questions, and contribute to a fun and competitive environment.

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and process bill payments in store.
• Answer customer questions about current or new services, change account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly.

Base Pay: $15.80 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.49 per hour.
