Job Summary

See’s Candies is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service at the Camino Real Marketplace location.

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, engaging approach.
• Share detailed product knowledge and recommend products based on customer preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and effective merchandise presentation.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and uphold a safe working environment.

• Preferred experience in customer service and sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Hourly rate: $19.78 per hour.
