Sales Associate - Houston Outlet

Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving sales targets at the Houston Premium Outlet. The role emphasizes clienteling, after-sales service, and supporting store initiatives to drive KPIs such as sales, UPT, and ATV. Duties include transactional tasks, consignment management, and advising clients on product fit and repairs.

• Act as a Brand Ambassador by providing outstanding client service and promoting the Retail Excellence Program.
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets and client data capture goals.
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships through clienteling and after-sales follow up (thank you notes, calls, repair follow-through).
• Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges accurately.
• Support team initiatives, contests, and events to drive business.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on best fit and product care.

• Minimum of two years retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Full understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling techniques.
• Computer skills including retail POS operation, Word, Excel, and email.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships with clients, peers, and management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and balance daily responsibilities.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy, entrepreneurial and sales-focused attitude.
